Apparently in this African country the government hands out penis to people with no jobs. I know a lot of American girls that would trade places with you any day. And probably some guys too. Or maybe this chick meant "We want jobs not pensions." and that's why the other 2 women (who by the way clearly look like they need penis with their cleavage hanging out) are laughing at her dumb ass. The big old lady in the background is like "Speak for yourself lesbo. I came here for some sausage and gravy."
