WTF is going on here? I'm going to guess that the building in the background is a hospital of some kind because the guy is obviously some kind of medical practitioner with that stethoscope, but of all the things you could show a doctor doing they chose to have one collecting a stool sample? Is that their specialty? Oh we don't know much about the heart or brain, but we know our poop. Well at least it's not a spread eagle woman waiting for her pap smear.
